do you want a better recruiter or a better coach who knows what to do once he gets the talent in house??
Miles surely gets the recruits but how much hand "HE HIMSELF" has in developing them as better football players is questionable at best, i'd rather give more credit to his assistants. I will say that he does have a hand in making them better people (barring exceptions like JJ and few other pennies) because he is a top of the line decent guy himself.
But is there anything wrong in wanting someone who can recruit and also develop/coach??? not that there is anything wrong with that is there????

Why do people insist on thinking that if Miles leaves, our recruitment won't drop off? The 5* Louisiana players will end up at Bama or Gawgia 'brah

Just hire a recruiter and let the players coach themselves...they have been winning despite miles, and only lose because of him...imagine what they could do without a could do calling their own plays!
