I will be in NOLA the weekend of jan 18th (hornets play GS the 19th). What is the best, easiest, cheapest way to go about getting tickets for the game?

I tried that site. Put in for 2 upper level tickets, center court for $15. How long does it usually take to get accepted or rejected?
