Pic

Been on a few hunts this year, ready to pull the trigger, but the opportunity was never quite right. Yesterday evening, she came out about 125yds and i gave him the OK. He pulled the trigger on a single shot .243 and the rest was history. She ran about 5yds. He was pumped, but not as much as i was!

You are exactly right! I can assure you that it was unloaded though. That's the first thing i noticed once i pulled it up.

I agree! Considering it was a single shot rifle, and i handed him one cartridge at the beginning of the hunt, and the gun went boom, and i had the empty in my pocket, i was quite confident that the gun was unloaded. He ran up and threw the gun down. I agree, I should have corrected him.

Same here. I looked at that and cringed.

Plenty of people have been accidentally shot with guns that they KNEW were unloaded.

Hate seeing all these pics with the rifle muzzles pointed right at people...

A couple of day ago, someone posted one with his daughter and the muzzle was aimed right at her neck.

BE SMART PEOPLE! Loaded or not, "gun people" should know better!
