Last throw to Moore- NOBODY saw the shoe on the turf?

Just came on the board to see if anybody saw this-
Aikman saying he didn't know why Moore quit running/turned and changed direction. On the replay, the defender steps on his heel, pulling his shoe off and slowing him down and causing him to twist to keep his balance.
The shoe is tumbling on the ground 5-10 yds behind him and his bare sock-foot clearly visible as he goes down.

The SF dude was on top of him the whole way. He had no room to do anything other than turn.

Didn't say it was a penalty. Just the reason he couldn't stay in stride, turn and make a play on the ball.
