Quite frankly, I'm surprised he hasn't had more seizures, considering what team he coaches.

It's affecting his job performance. There has to be something in that contract that makes Minnesota able to fire him (or encourage him to resign)

Doubt they can do anything. It was public condition before he got there.
Not that he's a miracle worker but they are bowl eligible after bottoming out the last two years.

Needs to just step down, it's too big of a distraction. It scares the shite out of everyone of his players and fans each time it happens.
