Does a lifetime license cover you for WMA permit?

It covers everything but a couple of licenses such as hoop nets, and federal duck stamps. WMA stamp is defiantly covered.

Good call, forgot about HIP on for migratory birds. It is free, and really nothing more than a survey.

"Lifetime hunting and lifetime combination hunting and fishing licenses include basic hunting, big game hunting, muzzleloader, bow hunting, state duck license, turkey license, and WMA Hunting Permit."

Yes but if deer or turkey hunting still need to pick up tags. And like stated before for duck need federal stamp & hip.

How much does a lifetime license cost in Louisiana? Does it change according to age?

$300 for either hunting or fishing and $500 for the combo of both above 14
