What was the 15 yd penalty against Arkansas during the time out in the first half? Was it personal/unsportsman against AR coaches?

Unsportsmanlike conduct I believe.
Against the coaches for yapping at the officials for granting LSU the TO.

Almost the entire razorback team was on the field during that to. I couldn't hear the ref very well, but I think the personal foul was called on the bench.
