What are the best places to check in Baton Rouge/Gonzales area for a sack of oysters? Kind of last minute. Thanks.

Might want to try Tony's in BR or Tommy's in Prairieville.

Reno's seafood on 22 in Sorrento between I10 and Airline. Got a real sack (double the sack Tonys sells) for $50 and they were huge and very very salty. Best Oysters I've ever bout.

Tony's will sell that sack as well but the ones they sell are half for $25.00 so it's not like they are cheating you. Pretty much all of them out there now are good and salty. It's the right time.
