| At what temp is the pig finished? (Posted on 11/23/12 at 12:33 pm)
I am roasting a pig for the first time right now (45lbs) in a Cajun microwave. At what temp is it done? The back legs at at 150 F but the head is at 120F.

165, you could wrap the part that has a higher temp with foil to slow the cooking process.

Turn that puppy around in that thing, one end is cooking way faster than the other, or your temp measuring is off.
