Where can I find one? Need scotch and beer. Any good liquor stores near college and Perkins so? TIA.

this place and there is a liquor store a few blocks down on perkins towards the overpass. i think its a cuban place

If you're looking for the best selection, head a little further down Perkins and check out Calandro's at Siegen.

I'm a big fan of Cuban Liquor on Perkins, between College and Acadian. They have a nice selection of liquor, beer and wine.
Martin Wine Cellar, on Perkins near Essen, is also good. It's a little smaller than Cuban and the beer selection isn't as good, but the staff really knows their stuff.
Calandro's on Perkins, near Siegen, has the best beer selection in the city.
