on the weekends it is
tons of ducks but not on blue bird days
farther south you go the more ducks there are. that's all I'm gonna say about locations lol
last Sunday we were at the truck before 9 with 29 ducks

i've never hunted there but have done a little fishing around streeters but have never been on the southside. can u drive a mud motor back into the marsh and hunt out the boat or do you have to walk?

never walked to hunt there. we always stay on the bayou

also, check the regulations on what days are legal to hunt the refuge
