None of immediate family in louisiana anymore. Will need some for dressing for Christmas. Thanks in advance for advice

Best suggestion, find a Viet Namese market, or find grocery store that knows how to use that damned oven in thier kitchen. Steam is what makes it right and there is a button on the thing to make it.
