| Please tell me this is a joke ... (Posted on 11/22/12 at 12:05 am)
... and if not, you Dems better be denouncing the shite out of this shite. Please read; from earlier this evening. LINK Hear me this: if we go over the cliff, all you middle class clowns who voted for Obama are about to feel a major squeeze (and, unfortunately, the ones who didn't walk the plank for his ass).

I don't see any sources on that story, but I support both increased revenue and decreased spending.

Their feed pulls from sourced material. Rarely original content. It's out there. The taxes are to fund a government expansion (apparently). That will not be accompanied by spending decreases. We all know this.

One of the main reasons increased taxes are not supported by Republicans - we know Democrats won't cut spending. They will only push for new programs to spend the new money on...fact

Silly man for thinking that's what you were getting with Obama. Not one time did he run on spending cuts. Obamanites just seem to like his kool aid no matter how harmful. Thanks

Boehner will fold. I have no confidence in him or most of his cohorts. They are more concerned with their salary and pension. They really could care less about this country and its future. It's going to be very interesting to see how the elite handle the collapse when it happens...and it will, it's unavoidable now...

They're going to walk away. Nothing left worth dying for, IMO. It will be more interesting to see who pulls the cart, when they remove the harness.

Its scary that there are so many that are completely oblivious. Scary and pathetic.

I don't think it's a joke; but I believe they are coming with this 1.6T number by spreading it out over 10 years. Even if taxing our way out of it would work; I don't think 160B will make a very big impact.

Here's just a little clue about how to study the beat in the music. The way the government taxing system is like music.

a shame we've let the politicians re-program us to use the benign term 'revenue' as a substitue for 'taxes'
