What's amazing about this whole thing is that of the 18,500 employees, only about 6,700 are union. I don't understand why any company would locate in any state that wasn't a right to work state.

Judge converted them all to laid off status.
Turns out that the 19 corporate positions tripled their salary and gave themselves bonuses shortly before asking the rank and file to take an 8% reduction across the board.
Now you know why the union members rejected managements request to take a 8% haircut when they more than tripled executive salaries.
