Got a couple of unopened Creole Butter injection marinades. I noticed there's no expiration date on the jar. I can't even remember when I bought them so they're several years old. Does anyone know if this stuff is indefinitely good as long as it's vacuum sealed?

I dont know but probably better to be safe than sorry, better just buy some new ones rather than risk ruining the turkey or making someone sick.

Just bought one and it has a 2015 date
