US-Israeli government software reportedly attempts to hack Sarkozy's computers

It was on Drudge intially and reported through The Hill: LINK

This is the part I found most interesting though:

quote:

“We have no greater partner than France, we have no greater ally than France,” Napolitano reportedly answered, at the opening of an interview with l'Express. “We cooperate in many security-related areas. I am here to further reinforce those ties and create new ones.”

It doesn't seem wise for our officials to speak in absolutes like this, even though Napolitano is not as qualified to make those comments as either Obama or Clinton. Still, what is the point of ranking our friends?

IMPOSSIBLE!

Because just last year our government said cyber attacks are an act of war

Surely we wouldn't commit an act of war, right?
