Would you support it?
Rules:
All "immovable" US govermnent property would have to be paid for at current "market price" over the next 35 years.
No US military equipment stays (National guard stuff does).
US entitled to sliding scale mineral royalties for next 20 years (immediate 50% reduction, w/ 2.5% yearly reduction after that)
All "exports" to US will be treated as any other "foreign" imports into the US.

It depends on the overall condition of the nation. There is a line out there that if crossed would make me a yes, but we're not there yet. I hope we don't get there, but things are not looking good.

No. I believe they have the right to do so, but I would not support it. However, if it were to happen, I would side with my state and try to take a role in guiding my new country.
