I saw a post about a new restaurant downtown last week. The name had initials or numbers. I can't recall the name so I can't search for it. Anybody no what I'm talking about?

Yea, restaurant IPO. Small plates kind of place. Heard good things

I liked it the few times I have been. Think they have rooftop seating, but never asked.
Personally like the food @ Zolia better, but the atmosphere is really lacking.
