Waiver pickup - Shancoe or Hillman

I am dropping Daryl Richardson from my bench. Should I put a waiver in for Shancoe or Hillman?I have V. Davis for my starting TE and need a backup RB for the playoffs (rolling with Morris, Spiller and Forte right now as my regular starters).

Hillman for a couple of reasons:
McGahee is out and Shiancoe will primarily be a blocker. Hernandez will be the feature TE in the Pats O
