I couldnt find his thread butfrick its 9 in the mourning, and this lazy girl called in sick to work to stand in line all day. I dont think I would ever do this for a movie.

Meh. It's pretty harmless at this point. I think the initial craze took everyone by surprise and it bothered me a lot because Bella was perhaps the worst example for a girl to follow and Edward was a horrible example of what a boyfriend should be.

However that was three years ago and now Twilight has a few hardcores and they are probably grown women just as much as teens.

Honestly, the first movie isn't such a bad movie in some aspects. And the third has that whole werewolf/vampire fight.

I am actually excited for this movie. Why? It means soon people can stop pretending that Kristen Stewart can act.

I thought she did well as Joan Jett in The Runaways. Not saying she is a great actress; Bella is just an awful character and Meryl Streep would have a hard time winning people over in that role.

One of the worst actresses of our generation, IMO.

I've only seen her in Panic Room, Twilight and The Runaways. Like I said, she did Joan Jett well.

From what I have read, none of them have had the same effect that the first one did. Twilight was liek Titanic in that it stayed around so long and made a crap load of money. People went to see it in the theaters multiple times. All the others that followed have pretty much petered out after the initial weekend which drew all the hardcores. But even they are only going to see them once.

I just can't see the craze.

Even as a love story it comes off as weak and pathetic. From my understanding the last one was the worst, only because it was setting up for this part 2 which should mean actual action.. but even at that it looks lacking.

To each their own. I can't knock someone else''s interest too much.

I've seen all 4. Not ashamed to admit it. I'm sure the movie board bullies will really hate me now.

I saw one of it's commercials the other night that promised "a surprise ending". Exactly what kind of surprise ending would a movie that's based directly off a 3-4 year old book have?
