I have the same choice, going for Palmer myself. It is a close choice, but I think Palmer has the more sure chance of the shootout/heavy pass numbers.

have to go with Palmer. despite the Saints horrible D Oakland literally has no one to run the ball. Expect 300+ passing yards and 2 touchdowns at a minimum

Start ANY QB that plays the Saints. Esp when the Raiders running game is banged up.
