Flex/RB2 Help

Injuries have depleted my RB situation and need input on RB2 which will also impact my flex. Right now, I have Jonathan Stewart at RB2 (vs TB) and Brian Hartline (va Buffalo) at flex. I have Chris Ivory vs. Oakland and Brandon Lloyd vs. Indy on my bench. Should I make any changes?

I'd put Ivory in and bite the pillow.

Would you put him in over Stewart? I also have Cam at QB but am thinking about picking up Palmer and may start him in a more favorable matchup.
