Xbox Live problems (Posted on 11/13/12 at 6:04 pm)
ok i use a wired network and it says i have full connection but whenever i try to sign in it says "cannot connect to xbox live" ive tried unplugging the router and modem but it still wont work....any suggestions?

well as for the problem lasting for 2 months, IDK, but they sure as hell wont let you on now.... you should call customer support and tell them it wouldnt let you on for 2 months, maybe they will activate the account for 2 months for free.... worth a shot
