Anyone into juicing fruits and vegetables? Any good recipes? Any help would be appreciated.

TIA

The keys IMO:

Diversify your fruit and veggie choices. Its debatable, but its better for you, and its fun to try new things.
A bit of ginger root helps, but a little goes a long way.
What I do, is use the base of half of a line out lemon, a bit of ginger root, and two apples in most everything I juice.

What kind did you get? How are you liking it so far?

Our base for 2 people is always 8-10 carrots and 1 apple.I'd prefer 2 apples but they are expensive. Then we add some type of green, usually 5 large Kale leaves or a handful of spinach. We add ginger root occasionally...it only takes a small bit. We've tried adding garlic or celery but I don't care for those in a juice.

I have a book that came with a juicer I bought 20 years ago that has a bunch of recipes. Here are several of them: LINK

ETA: here is the book I have.. LINK

I have been juicing recently. I don't follow recipes much but here is what works for me.

Canteloupe and Pineapple

Sweet potato and carrots, sometimes I add a peeled orange to kick it up.

Mango, one small beet, and a few carrots

3-4 kale leaves, 1 granny smith apple, 4 carrots, 3 celery .

If you are really hard pipe, try juicing a half of white cabbage and 3 granny smith apples. The first few sips are harsh but you'll learn to love it.

Thanks for the suggestions. I don't remember the brand, it was on sale for 50 bucks. I figured if I really like it, then I'd upgrade one day. It just came in yesterday, so I'm heading to Rouse's now to pick up a few things to test out. Wish me luck!!
