What is going on with MLS's LA stepchild? He must be referring to San Antonio when talking about Texas, but the Scorpions have been the most successful new NASL franchise to date. Cruyff works for Chivas Guadalajara now, so I guess they co-opted him to find a new coach for USA. How can a team wish to be more "Hispanic" when it failed so miserably trying that route at its onset? The American led Kljestan, Guzan, Bornstein Goats were the best thing to happen to that team.

Relocating to San Diego makes too much sense for that franchise. Unless, San Diegoans (San Diegoites? San Diegans?) are content crossing the border to cheer on Xolos de Tijuana.

Somebody in charge said Chicharito isn't good enough for Chivas USA? 
Also he's an idiot not to move to a texas town with a new stadium. Or really any large town near Mexico without an MLS team already.
Not to mention I hate the entire Chivas franchise, not sure if you all read the article about how Herc might move there, but they don't want him because he plays for us, they have a rule that they won't use any players that aren't Mexican. Apparently even though he has two Mexican parents it's not good enough because USMNT. (like the guy who was on their team but played for the US U-21 squad, and was off their team the next day)

Yeah CD Guadalajara is super serious about its policy of only playing Mexican nationals. Athletic Bilbao is the only club I can think of with a similar roster policy. Omar Salgado spurned the club for MLS once he decided to play for American youth teams.
