LSU- are they the Heisman killers for JFF?

Anyone think our awesome D keeping JFF under wraps keep him from winning the Heisman?
His numbers prior to us, and after, seem to have him on pace to at least have a shot. Our D really took it to him at his house.
Is this going to figure in voting?

No, his numbers are still amazing and his performance against Bama made everybody forget what happened in that game. I don't know if he'll win the Heisman or not but the LSU game didn't kill his chances.

What numbers are you talking about? He's ranked #20 in passing yards and is far from the leader in TD passes. Mr. Escapability has also been sacked 21 times.
Don't crawfish and say "well, he's just a freshman". The Heisman is for the best player in college football, not the best freshman player.
Don't fall for the media hype. These are the same folks who wondered how many TDs Alabama would beat the Jaguars by.

He won't win because he's a Freshman. He might get a lot of hype and build up but in the end it will be Barner or someone from an undefeated team
