Should I drop Steven Jackson?

I'm in a 12-team standard scoring league and my RBs are J. Charles, Fred Jackson, Mendenhall, and Steven Jackson. Being I really need a win this week and both Charles and F-Jax have tough matchups against Pitt and NE is it worth dropping S-Jax for someone like Marcell Reece or Taiwan Jones this week? S-Jax has done nothing all season and has been worthless in a standard scoring league especially since he's splitting carries and on a horrible offense. And should I drop him do you think Reece or Jones would be the better option?

Why drop him for worse options?
Neither of those two are as good as McFadden and McFadden wasn't lighting it up either
