To get or not to get AC3

Just beat the halo 4 campaign. It was BA. I never been into 3rd person games but ac3 looks sick. However I know with black ops. 2 on the horizon I might never play it. What say ye?

I use gamefly, but I do realize that most brick and mortar rental places are toast. It's great if you are a history buff but you'll get through the SP and probably won't be interested in the MP since BO2 will be out.

Got it yesterday and played it all night. It is visually amazing and I am enjoying the hell out of it
