would this purchase affect the stock price of a stock?

I'm sure this is a stupid question, but I'm just starting to dabble into stocks. Not interested in long term investment YET, but looking at a small handful of stocks that I've watched over the last few months bobble from x-y-x-y consistently that I can jump in and out of for a few hundred bucks profit at a time. obvious risk is obvious and accepted

Let's say I'm targeting a penny stock. If I put in an order for 25,000 shares when it hits $.085, will purchasing that many shares at once affect the price of the stock immediately?

average volume (3m): 243,203. that being said, typical daily volume appears closer to 20,000. I don't think I'm the only one looking at playing this.
