What's the story behind pollock and Coates bathroom?

in 2003 the Revielle did a story on the glory holes in the bathroom stalls in Coates and Middleton. Someone made a sign saying Pollack likes to use them, not really a story behind it other than that

Yeah basically this. Said pollack likes Coates bathroom or something like that. It was a great little lsu inside joke.

In 99 reveille did a story about it as mentioned in similar posts. Te way the story was written was hilarious. Seriously written but you swear it was a joke. In the Coates buildingbathroom on the 2nd floor(it was a certain bathroom in the building), There were several complaints to security over the weeks or months of men harassing others or using the glory hole to get some action., so they set up a sting in that bathroom where a cop acted like he was taking a dump. A guy came in and indicated he wanted to get it on through the glory hole and out jumped the cops.

I read this before class when the class is full but everyone is quiet waiting for it to start. I could barely hold in the bwwaahhaa laughter. I almost farted holding in the laughter. I snickered like a sob.

They did stings as months went by and semesters. It was a pretty big problem on campus.

Then college game day came to town for the big Uga showdown in 2003. Someone brought a sign that said "pollack hangs out in Coates bathroom". I remember that moment vividl when all my alumni friends all burst out at one time.

If anyone is interested in searching it online or on microfilm, it was written in the spring of 1999. I think between late jan to mid march. I believe It was on the front page of the reveille. If anyone finds it please post it! It needs to be put in the sticky hall of fame.

But didnt they actually catch some one in middleton? This would have been between 04-08. The tapping the foot deal. Or has this just been an ongoing joke from the reveille.

Thats what im saying, i remember the article, but i wasnt at LSU until 04.

Did a little search and apparently there was more articles on it in 2010 saying the glory holes were up and runnimg again. I guess this has been a problem for yearsat LSU. Doesnt surprise me with all the weirdos that go to LSU.
