Absolutely, which is why I was asking if we get to remove some of the fat. No way this state could be viable without a better ratio of money in, money out and essentially an overhaul of our politicians. Pretty much, the idea is similar to that of the democrat's utopia, which is as real as Cher's face.

Obviously this won't happen, but LA has access to valuable products plus important ports. People saying LA couldn't survive are wrong.
