I got a call like that recently. All I had to do was answer some poll questions and I got a free cruise! I had to give them my credit card number to pay for a small processing fee also.
I haven't heard back from them since, but I'm sure I'll be getting my free cruise soon!

I always get calls from that damn captain blaring his horn. I'm honored he's calling me why steering a cruise ship but they get annoying.

Had the same enthusiastic chick call me the other day, saying that I won a 7-day cruise out of my choice of either Miami or Port Canaveral, and all airfare paid. Just had to attend some travel seminar at the Courtyard on Mall Drive. Checked it out online and it was of course a scam. But the chick on the phone sounded so bubbly and nice 
Oh, and my message didn't start with a horn
