I hate when someone knocks at the door in a tv show

and the characters inside start screaming and the guy the door miraculously doesn't hear anything.

There was an entire room between the door and living room. It's possible no one hear it.

I hate when a character answers a cell phone with "Hello?" and his good friend says "Hey, it's ______". He knows who it is, every cell phone has caller ID.
