I'm working on a trade of RGIII and I'd debating whether to go for Randall Cobb or Jonathan Stewart as the main player I receive. Deal proposed by the other owner: Jonathan Stewart and Christian Ponder for RGIII and Vick Ballard.

1 point per reception, 1 point for 10 rushing/receiving, 1 point for 20 yards passing, all TDs worth 6 points.

My current roster:
Matt Ryan
RGIII

Darren McFadden
Doug Martin
DeMarco Murray
Felix Jones
Vick Ballard

Hakeem Nicks
Eric Decker
Ryan Broyles
Cecil Shorts

Kyle Rudolph
Greg Olsen

Lawrence Tynes
Miami Defense

Thanks in advance for your help.

You could get a lot more for rg than that.

Wow, horrible trade. Horrible. Why anyone would want to trade for Stewart is completely beyond me.

You should easily be able to get a starting WR or RB for RG3.

JStew is getting horribly overhyped by these sites like rotoworld right now. Got a trade offer today for Stewart and Greg Olsen for Jimmy Graham

Yeah, I know. But this is a group of friends and no one wants to give up anything. As someone else in the league explained to me, RGIII averages like 7-10 more points then my starting QB and you'll need a QB back so you should really only expect a player that gets 10-12 points back. Sunday, I got offered a trade of Doug Martin and RGIII for Roddy White and Fred Jackson.

It's insane but I'm trying to get something for RGIII before he hits a rougher stretch of schedule.

This owner has Ray Rice, Jonathan Stewart, Steven Jackson, Dwayne Bowe, Stevie Johnson, Randall Cobb, and Kendall Wright.

If you have more reasonable targets, feel free to shout them out.

RgIII for Stevie Johnson/Cobb would be fair or better deal and helps you at WR

frick that, I'd hold RG3 if you can't get decent value before you give him to another team and make them that much better. Griffin has been the top fantasy player in most formats for pretty much the entire season. I'd rather not let anybody else have him than give him away for a JStew level player

You play with idiots. Keep RG3. You could probably find someone better than Stewart on waivers in all honesty. Has he even had a TD this season?

I'm talking to someone else now for a RGIII and a RB for Jimmy Graham and someone else. So RG3, Felix Jones and/or Vick Ballard for Jimmy Graham and someone else.

Seems like a better deal. Any thoughts?

Much better deal. At least you're getting an elite player back, and your TEs are pretty bad right now

Just wanted to let everyone know that I traded RGIII and Felix Jones for Jimmy Graham. As long as Murray comes back in a week or two, I'm feeling pretty good about this trade.

Thanks for all the opinions.

It's not that funny. If Murray doesn't get back by week 11, that's several more weeks of having to determine who to put in the flex spot along with whether to find a new defense for that week. I'd much rather just set my offense and be done with it barring injuries.

At least I hopefully got something for someone who wouldn't be starting for me. Graham can't be worse than the 3.7 points I've gotten from Rudolph the last two weeks.

It's funny because you got trade-raped.

How? He has Matt Ryan already and just traded his backup QB for Jimmy Graham.

Adding arguably the top TE for a guy who will ride the bench is trade rape? What do you expect to get for RG3?

And Felix Jones will be rendered useless next week.

Whatever. It's the best deal that could happen. It's definitely better than the crap I was getting offered earlier.

I would have preferred to get Ray Rice or AJ Green but their owners said they'd want a starting RB and RGIII or stop asking.

To me, it's basically points from my bench transferred into points I will start (granted, at a premium). On the other hand, I'll be waiting to see if it gets vetoed by 4 teams and nullified.

Sounds like a good trade for you. Favors his more player wise but helps your starting lineup for sure. Just hope they don't start pulling Matty Ice when fantasy playoffs hit.

You could have got Graham for RG3 straight up, but with that league settings RG3 must put up ridiculous numbers. If you wanted to roll the dice I think you would have gotten more for Ryan.

Well, considering RG3 is the top QB in virtually all leagues, he traded his best QB for a starting TE. Yes, he maximized points by gaining a starter at the expense of a "bench" player. Still doesn't make up for the fact that he got shite value for one of the more desirable QBs in the league.

RG3 has put up 20+ points 6 times this season.

Graham has put up double digits just 3 times.

I've got no dog in this fight, but it sounds like the OP plays with douches. From the trades I've seen on here and in my league for top QBs, I think he got the short end of the stick big time.
