Alabama hasn't had to win a game in the 4th quarter. I don't think they have even had to win a game in the second half.
If they have to beat us in the second half of the 4th quarter and I can see they we are out there blocking, tackling, running, and fighting to our best ability, then I'll take the loss with my head up.

this weekend feels a lot like 2010 did. i had lost all faith that we could ever beat alabama. our offense had been pathetic all year, and we had won a bunch of ugly football games. alabama was the defending national champs and seemed to be an overwhelming favorite. then somehow we figured out how to move the ball down the field, and bama couldn't stop us. will it help mend the wounds of january 9th? probably not entirely because it was for the national title, and we still would need help with a win just to have the chance to win the title. if that does happen, then yes, this game will heal the wounds. however, regardless, even if we don't win the bcs title but win saturday, that wll be a knife in the heart of the alabama fanbase, and for that, i will be overjoyed.
