Watched a game between Pearland Dawson and Friendswood Texas last night. I've watched a lot of friendswood the past 2 seasons and have to say this qb Jordan Wood is the real deal as a dual threat. he is an excellent base all football basketball and track athlete. He's the kinda kid that could easily help lsu in football and baseball. He is an awesome punter as well punting it 60 yds many times. H had 238 rushing, 2 passing tds in a losing effort 42-33 Dawson is the number 1 team in 4a in Texas. They have a RB coming to the sec.
Wish lsu would look at him. Can flat out fly And is very illusive.
Heard Utah was looking among others such as Stanford in baseball.

This dude isn't even close to an SEC caliber athlete or QB. His arm makes Shepard's look like a cannon.

If he's putting it 60 yards every time, I'd like to imagine the kid has a future in kicking...

He doesn't have to be a QB like your assuming

Did I say anything about punting? This guy is talking about him as a QB we should go after.

I saw a 45 yd dot throw on the run 4 or 5 games ago.
Did you watch the Bama recruit from ga. Last night? Know his coach very very well. Sometimes you people think you know everything g about players without ever watching them against talent. He beat a Terry high team with a top TE and qb/RB/ lb recruits. He faked every white black brown and purple player on the field in the open. So much so the Terry fans cheered. He has been the best player in the field of every game he has played which included many sec commits.
Lsu could use him at receiver, punter qb whatever. He is a smart kid that w

Well maybe he improved a helluva lot from his Junior highlights on HUDL, but I find it kind of odd that he doesn't have college coaches from around the country knocking down his door if he really is as talented as you say.

Kids get overlooked all the time. There are far too many kids the keep track of each prospect that has a big senior season year. He'll probably get some late attention once the regular college season is over.

Yeah, I realize kids get overlooked but he's not exactly playing 6 man football in the middle of nowhere. Did you watch his highlights? Good HS player but not a big time SEC prospect.

I heard he is going to go to stanford to play baseball or utah for qb for football.
Terry high TE dropped a game tying catch on a 2 pt conversion fwiw. He's going to tamu I think.
The back for Dawson is a man. Strong kid.
