and you can't really claim voter disenfranchisement as their reason since Obama has a 0% chance there anyway

Texas would lose if theis went to the courts. U.S. treaties trump state's rights.

What U.S. treaty calls for this? It is unconstitutional. We might as well as asked for England to have supervised our first election. That makes as much sense.
