Fargos Pit BBQ
Went here after the game. As far as I'm concerned there is BBQ, then there's Texas BBQ. We stopped at several joints along the way but this place literally smoked em all. Highly recommend.

I'm a fan of the ribs. Don't care for the sausage or chicken, which I don't care for smoked much anyway, but those frikkin ribs were marrow sucking good. Had shite all over the hood of the car by the time I was done.

didn't have the chicken. we asked bro to "give us the goods" and he plated up sausage, brisket, ribs, with sides of beans and psalad. All in all is as solid a plate as I have ever had. even the beans were money. i think he puts cinnamon or nutmeg in there. anyways, i'm looking forward to returning to bryan in 2 yrs. strong bbq

About 15 years ago I went to a Barbeque place in Bryan/College Station that was damn good. I think it was called "Beetles",or something similar. Does anybody know about that place? Still open? Any good?
