Keep Bowe and Cobb. Welker and Leshoure aren't doing much to help your team. Welker's catches are going to take a hit since Hernandez is back.

I'd hang on to Bowe and Cobb another week or so. Welker is risky to trade for right now. In 2 of the 3 weeks where Hernandez has gotten at least 5 catches, Welker has had a combined 8 points. If he continues to hover around those numbers then he isn't worth trading for.
Additionally I'm just not sold on Leshoure. Detroit has a bottom 10 rush offense and a top 5 pass offense. They've played from behind most of the year and that really hurts Leshoure's points regardless of how good he is. I would start Cobb ahead of Leshoure till Detroit proves they want to run the ball.

Bowe without cassel scares me to death. And Jennings coming back affects Cobb eventually I believe. Welker has been proven to be a reliable weapon.

It's no coincidence that Welker has averaged 13 points, 117 yards and 9 catches in the 4 games where Hernandez hasn't played. In the 3 games he has played, Welker has averaged 9 points, 72 yards and 6 catches. That is a large drop off. I have him and Hernandez in a league and I'm not happy about it.
Welker is the better option to Bowe as long as Cassel is out. But he was medically cleared to play and one can assume he will be back next weekend.

Is this a league where you receive points for stats?
If yes, then get Welker/Leshoure.
