Waiver pickup: Stephens-Howling vs Rashad Jennings

Both teams are severely one dimentional with Skelton and Gabbert (possibly Henne moving forward). However, both look to be getting the lions share of carries from here on out (MJD with possible lisfranc injury).
I've got #3 waiver priority in a 12 man league. Who would you pull the trigger on?

I have Howlings but think Jennings would be the better pickup. Howlings is not a sure thing to have the job to himself.
