Not sure whether Doug counts as Nickelodeon or Disney, I guess we will say Disney for the sake of the thread.

What?
Doug was Nickelodeon then it moved to Disney.
2 very different shows under each.
If we can't count Doug, then I'll go with Rocko's Modern Life. Wayyy better than Ren & Stimpy.

uhh when I started watching Doug, it came on nick

You have to count Doug as nickelodeon. When they're all old looking and go to school in the shape of Bebe's head is NOT "Doug". Just like SBTB the college years shouldn't REALLY count as authentic SBTB.
So with that, I'll say Doug. You can certainly make a case for Rocko or Rugrats and others, but Doug will always hold a special place for me. I used to watch that show every day growing up with my dad, for some reason he loved it
It also helped that in college I bought all the DVDs and we would get high as frick and watch em.
