I want to braise some in coconut and curry but I can't find any in Baton Rouge. Does anyone know where to pick some up?

Osso Buco is a damned fine dish given its' components being what they are in fact.

How much is it a pound? I kinda figured you really wouldn't need a price break on it. I thought it was a cheaper cut of meat.
