I put NSFW on it... None of the images were close to inappropriate. My thread title was as descriptive as every other NSFW title. Hulk no understand.

The thread title was "NSFW...Penny ..." which doesn't tell anyone what the thread is about, just that its NSFW. You dolt.
"Pics of Kaley Cuoco aka Penny from BBT - NSFW" would be a better title.

It's not about the NSFW, it's about the content of the thread title. If the rule wasn't enforced, you'd see nothing but one or two word titled threads not really telling you what's in them.
