Should I drop Ben Tate

Is anyone else disappointed in him this year? Other than his one good week he has done nothing. I want to add Stephen Hill and I want to keep my other players. Thoughts?

The Texans are about to run away with that division and conference. Foster is on pace for 450 carries. After they beat the Ravens this week, they will have a two game edge on every team in the AFC.
I have a feeling that Foster owners are going to be severely disappointed in the number of carries he is going to see in weeks 15 and 16.
