Which RB to pick up off waivers?

I have AP/Bradshaw/Spiller/LeShoure and wanted to drop Titus Young to pick up another RB since all of my RBs are very injury prone. Available are Donald Brown, Jonathan Stewart, Ben Tate and Kendall Hunter. Who do you guys think I should pick up? Thanks for the input.

Brown or Tate.
Brown is the starter when he comes back and Tate's talent is just too much to ignore, even if you are relying on a Foster injury.
