Bow setup

for you? whats the budget? new bows are coming out now through the next few weeks.

I knew I forgot something.

I would like to keep the whole setup less than 1k. I know some get up there in price but, no more than 1200 and preferably between 500-750.

For you or her???

Diamond or Fred Bear

Bear is probably your best bet.

Sorry fella's for me. She doesn't hunt but about once a year.

That's what I figured. Go shoot whatever is in your price range and buy what you like. Nobody makes a bad bow these days in the 300-1000 dollar range.

Start at the bottom and work your way up. The $1k rigs are super fine, but not worth the extra cost IMO.

I'm a major fan of bear bows, but I shoot a diamond and love it.

Just get the Mathews and save yourself the trouble of wishing you had one later....
