Would you actually drop anyone on this roster, or play with no defense?

My defense (bears) is on bye this week, so I'm in a dilema. It's an 8 team league, so everyone is pretty stacked. Is it worth dropping anyone on my roster to pick up a defense. The only one I'm thinking of dropping is Pitta, but I want to keep him until I know Aaron Hernandez is back. I'm also in first place currently

S Jax (i'm keeping him for depth, and no other back is worth dropping him)

Well this is ruggid.....DJax and Pitta are maybe dropable....but I wouldn't drop Pitta with Hernandez hurt.

I don't think Schaub and Hernandez are droppable. Hernandez for sure would get snatched up.

It's tough to say. Do y'all start the standard amount of players? What defenses are available? How good is the team you are playing?

its a PPR league, standard defense. Best defenses available are rams, falcons, chargers, dolphins, pats, steelers, broncos, bengals, panthers, jets, packers.....waiver wire doesnt go through till tomorrow

Looks like you would be fine starting no defense. He doesn't have a TE to start. He will probably get one off of waivers but they will be suspect at best.

if you are afraid to drop pitta, then drop hernandez. i assume you can only play one. Half of those guys are worthless because you'll never play them. thats why you dont play 8 team leagues

I dont think there is anyone better to pick up on waivers for schaub
kolb, fitzpatrick, luck, romo, tannehill, carson palmer, weeden, cassel, bradford, ponder

Pitta easily, he's been terrible the last couple games.
