He is by far LSU's best O-Lineman. It would be debilitating if he got hurt. Centers don't get much glory but I've enjoyed his play. Chris Faulk is obviously the best when he's on the field but Lonergan has done admirably amongst the surrounding OL play. He will be missed after this season because he leads by example. He is one of the few on offense who plays with passion and consistency. Lonergan and La'el are the only O-Lineman that I've seen this year that have the ability to get to the second level. My only complaint is that his head is too big for his helmet. lol

All hail PJ!

He wears a smaller helmet for a reason. Not sure why.

I actually think we'd be ok with Porter. hope we don't have to find out.

i'm pretty sure that Lonergan has had to take at least one play off for the last 20+ games he's played in. In fact, I can't remember a game in his career that he either wasn't already hurt, or got hurt in some way.

Since there was little else to watch when our offense was on the field, I spent some time focusing on the OL (for obvious reasons). He got blown up a number of times, one reason (of many) that our trademark runs up the gut yielded nada.

This, never fails he will be on the ground hurt for some reason, then next play he will be ready to go.

Can you imagine a Faulk-Collins duo on the left side?
