Finding Pilsner type beers is easy in China. Finding a light beer is not very easy as the Chinese dont favor it.
Tsingtao is actually the 2nd most popular beer in China behind Snow beer. Snow is actually by volume the largest selling beer in the world as another poster noted.
Yanjing, Suntory, Tiger and Laoshan are also okay. China is interesting in that each region/province has its own breweries and distinctive beer choices.

There is a wiki page about chinese beer. But I imagine they are all bland lagers similar to coors.
