i've seen brees throw hail mary td passes before half.. plus there is a good chance at PI and a chance to put points up before half if so.

Only three things could happen of we did that from that far away, two of which are bad.
1. Incompletion/int
2. Someone gets hurt
3. Completion, likely short of endzone.

you aren't going to throw a 100 yard INT imo.
and you sure as hell aren't fumbling with everyone going deep and chucking it.
those 2 things are more likely to happen at any other point in the game than right there.
